Built Alliance are delighted to be working with one of the North’s fastest-growing construction consultancies as they look to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their expanding Leeds office.
Great position for a degree-qualified construction professional at the early stages of their career to join a dynamic and people-first consultancy delivering framework-led healthcare and education projects across the UK.
You’ll work closely with experienced Directors and Senior Project Managers, gaining hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle, from early design and feasibility stages through to delivery and completion. Projects include work with NHS Trusts, schools, and local authorities, providing the opportunity to contribute to schemes that have a genuine impact on local communities.
Over the past few years, the consultancy has built a strong reputation for combining high-quality project delivery with a genuine commitment to sustainability, Net Zero, ESG, and social value. They pride themselves on a collaborative culture and long-term career development.
They’re keen to speak with PM’s who:
• Hold a relevant construction-related degree (Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or similar)
• Have gained some post-graduate experience within a consultancy or main contractor environment
• Have exposure to supporting procurement processes and contract administration (JCT and/or NEC experience beneficial)
• Are proactive, organised, and eager to develop within a growing consultancy environment
• Have an interest in sustainability and delivering meaningful public sector projects
In return, you’ll join a business that offers the agility and progression opportunities of an SME, backed by a strong and secure pipeline of work.
Very ideal position for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy.
