About the Role
Industrious is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a fast-paced home-delivery distribution environment in Nuneaton. The role involves handling and distributing furniture and large household items, so heavy lifting will be required throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading vehicles containing furniture and bulky items

Manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily tasks

Sorting, scanning, and moving products within the warehouse

Working as part of a team to meet operational targets

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements

Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is beneficial but not essential

Ability to work the specified AM or night shift pattern

Good level of physical fitness due to heavy lifting

Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
