Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse operation. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role, guiding warehouse teams to ensure the safe, efficient and accurate picking of goods ready for despatch.

This role is working on the night shift, Sunday - Thursday, 6pm - 3am.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the picking and packing of goods for despatch, helping to drive the team to meet KPIs.
Conduct daily briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance.
Carry out HR related duties such as reviews and disciplinaries.
Proactively drive continuous improvement to optimise efficiency and service delivery.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety regulations at all times.
Key Skills / Experience:
At least 5 years previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a FMCG warehouse environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage, guide and support a team of 20+ staff.
Able to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills and able to use own initiative.
Experience within a temperature-controlled operation is desirable, but not essential.
