*Job Responsibilities:*
- Attend pre-booked appointments at customers’ homes for:
* Boiler breakdowns and repairs
* Boiler servicing and installations
* Gas safety checks and general plumbing jobs
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on:
* Domestic gas, LPG, and oil boilers/appliances _(LPG & oil experience preferred but not essential)_
* Bathroom and kitchen installations
- Communicate clearly with the office team, providing feedback on diagnostics, repairs, parts required, and job updates using company software
- Ensure high standards of work and customer service on every job
*Requirements:*
- Relevant *industry-recognised gas qualifications*
* Gas Safe Registered
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Professional, punctual, and a good communicator
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
- Must take pride in their work and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Knowledge of domestic plumbing systems and general plumbing tasks
