*Sparkle Dental Boutique* is looking for a commercially minded and driven *Practice Manager*, who thrives on motivating the team and achieving goals, to lead our award winning private only practice located in West London.
Sparkle Dental Boutique is a modern, three surgery practice with a friendly, supportive and experienced team. We pride ourselves in delivering the highest level of patient care and provide General & Cosmetic Dentistry and Clear Aligners to our patients with the view to increase this to additional specialisms. The practice has digital radiographs, a CBCT scanner, an OPG and SOE dental software.

*The Practice Managers duties are as listed but not limited to*
* Maintaining the practice's reputation
* Ensuring the highest levels of care and patient experience
* Identifying potential growth opportunities for the practice and how this could be achieved
* Recruitment and staff inductions
* Deliver financial KPIs
* Handling any patient complaints
* Efficient day-to-day running of the practice
* Manage practice controllable costs in line with budgets
* Activity management to meet Private targets
* Hold regular practice and clinician meetings
* Manage staff performance and absence as required
* Gather and analyse relevant activity data
* Grow private patient numbers
* Maintaining consistent social media and marketing of the practice
* Be responsible for being the CQC registered manager of the practice
*Work experience and skills*
* At least 2 years Management experience preferred
* Dental background is preferred but not essential.
* The successful applicant will either have a solid background in clinical dentistry and some experience of administration of dental practices or impressive management experience
* Excellent leadership skills with extremely high standards
* An excellent communicator with a passion for helping people and growing teams
* CQC knowledge advantageous
* Computer literate essential and SOE experience advantageous but not essential
