We are a well established family run business with over 40 years in the quarrying business.
Due to continued company growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for professional and committed class 2 tipper drivers who are looking for stability of employment and with a history of good attendance and reliability to join our team, based at our Leyland depot.
*Responsibilities*
* Operate heavy trucks to transport aggregates, stone materials to various locations.
* Ensure timely delivery while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
* Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
* Communicate effectively with the transport office, dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules.
* A strong understanding of all relevant, Health & Safety legislation associated with the role

* Hold a clean, Class C licence
* Hold a valid CPC Card
