*Essential:*
* *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)*
* Understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
* Creative, patient, and engaging teaching style
* Ability to plan and deliver personalised learning programmes
*Desirable:*
* *Experience working with learners with autism and complex needs*
* *Knowledge of therapeutic or trauma-informed educational approaches*

* *Create and deliver tailored learning plans* that meet each pupil’s needs and goals
* *Inspire better-than-expected progress* through engaging teaching and assessment

* Foster confidence, independence, and well-being

* This role is subject to an *enhanced DBS check and pre-employment clearances*
* Successful candidates will be classed as key workers
