*About the Role*
* With the support of a team, you will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties.
* You will also provide supervision to junior members of staff.
*About You*
* We are looking specifically for experienced Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or Licensed Conveyancers with 3 years+ Post Qualification Experience for this role.
* You will be committed to providing a high level of client care.

*Essential Requirements:*
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing.
* Confident in managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and complex transactions.
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support.
* Strong communication and client service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
* Comfortable using digital case management systems and committed to adopting new technology to enhance service delivery.
