Empower Talent are partnered with a well-established retail organisation in Stirling to recruit a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Operative. This is a long-term, permanent role within a busy site that needs someone who takes pride in keeping a building safe, functional and presentable.
The Role
You’ll be the on-site go-to for general maintenance across the site.

Carrying out day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance

Basic plumbing, joinery and painting tasks

Reactive maintenance – fixing issues quickly and properly

Maintaining store equipment and ensuring safe operation

Supporting compliance checks and building safety routines

Liaising with store management and external contractors

Keeping maintenance logs updated and organised
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a maintenance, caretaking or handyman-style role

Good all-round practical skills

Someone who can spot problems early and sort them without fuss

A safe, tidy worker who takes pride in doing things properly

Able to work independently and manage your own workload
