The role – Learning Support Assistant
I am currently working with a friendly and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Barnet that is seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join their support team as soon as possible. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional academic, social, or emotional support. You will assist in the classroom, provide targeted intervention sessions, and collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to ensure students receive personalised support that promotes progress and confidence. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping young people thrive. Experience working with SEND students or supporting learning in a school setting is highly desirable.
