Introduction

We are looking for a Call Centre Sales Agent who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, be sales driven, possess a good work ethic, and be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12
1 Year sales and call centre experience

Languages & Computer Literacy

Package & Remuneration

Basic + Profit share.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R5036,00 - R25000,00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High School (matric) (Preferred)

Experience:

Sales and call centre: 1 year (Required)
