Bureau Veritas Africa is recruiting a TIQ Coordinator to be based in South Africa, reporting to the Africa TIQ Manager.

Co-ordinate all administrative functions in the TIQ office.
Ensure that all admin runs efficiently for providing support to the TIQ network.
Conduct all work in accordance with the Company’s quality management system, HSE management system, operating procedures, international/national standards and client requirements.
Provide a friendly and efficient link between the Africa TIQ office and the Africa network.

Technical Diploma or Degree (Engineering, Scientific, Financial).
Fluent in English and French with good communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent Excel skills and comfortable learning new software applications.
Organized, with the ability to independently create organized processes for administrative tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Complete the tasks assigned.
Independently create organized processes and spaces to manage information sharing and presentation.
Daily, weekly, and monthly data acquisition from Group tools and local or Group information sources.
Data processing and visualization into reports on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word formats.
Assist with status tracking, follow-up, reminders, and escalation of overdue actions/audits/complaints/incidents.
Update SharePoint information for the TIQ network.
Provide training and support to the network for Group tools.
